Transnistria 1 Ruble 2024 Commemorative 30th Anniversary NEW P 69 UNC W/Folder

An uncirculated note in a folder was delivered to me in excellent condition. I only collect such notes so not to be exclusionary and have a very complete all world "commemorative" notes issued but collect Transnistria reluctantly as they represent a racket by this sliver of land carved out of Moldova and called a country that exists on issuing similar sized small notes that have no legitimacy or appeal that slavishly commemorate pre-1989 Russian themes generated for money making purposes and inflated prices and fools like me who have an extensive commemorative collection that embraces all countries
and I very reluctantly include them but regret my compulsion to collect all commemorative world notes.. The same criticisms exiast for Abkhazia the difference being that the quality of their notes are more substantial but again are only issued to try and obtain foreign currencies from uninformed or committed collectors.as in my case.
However, if we are talking service and not the note, NH did a first class job in speeding that dubious note and other more legitimate notes that I have no quarrel with at all. I offer my thanks and further orders will follow..
